托特罗定联合硝苯地平治疗女性膀胱过度活动症的临床价值研究

Study the clinical value of tolterodine combined with nifedipine in the treatment of female overactive bladder syndrome

目的探究托特罗定联合硝苯地平治疗女性膀胱过度活动症的临床价值。方法60例女性膀胱过度活动症患者,按照电脑随机原则分为对照组和观察组,每组30例。对照组使用托特罗定片治疗,观察组使用托特罗定片联合硝苯地平片治疗。比较两组患者的24 h排尿次数、24 h尿失禁次数、单次排尿量及治疗效果。结果治疗后,观察组患者的24 h排尿次数(5.03±1.12)次、24 h尿失禁次数(1.30±1.02)次均少于对照组的(9.58±3.57)、(3.46±1.54)次,单次排尿量(214.58±40.78)ml多于对照组的(150.31±30.45)ml,差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组患者的治疗总有效率为93.33%,显著高于对照组的73.33%,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论托特罗定联合硝苯地平治疗女性膀胱过度活动症的临床价值高,能缓解尿频、尿急等症状,值得临床进一步推广使用。

Objective To investigate the clinical value of tolterodine combined with nifedipine in the treatment of female overactive bladder syndrome. Methods A total of 60 female patients with overactive bladder syndrome were divided by computer random principle into control group and observation group, with 30 cases in each group. The control group was treated with tolterodine, and the observation group was treated with tolterodine tablets combined with nifedipine tablets. Comparison were made on frequency of urination within 24 h, frequency of urinary incontinence within 24 h, amount of single urination and therapeutic effect between the two groups. Results After treatment, the observation group had less frequency of urination within 24 h as(5.03±1.12) times, frequency of urinary incontinence as(1.30±1.02) times than(9.58±3.57) and(3.46±1.54) times in the control group, and more amount of single urination as(214.58±40.78) ml than(150.31±30.45) ml in the control group. Their difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). The observation group had significantly higher total treatment effective rate as 93.33% than 73.33% in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). Conclusion Tolterodine combined with nifedipine shows high clinical value in the treatment of female overactive bladder syndrome, and it can alleviate symptoms such as frequency of urination and urgency of urine. It is worthy of further clinical promotion and application.
