近年来,随着食用菌栽培技术研发、推广,我国香菇栽培技术不仅得到了一定的发展,并基于知识产权保护意识,研发者积极针对相关技术进行了专利申请和保护。本文对我国香菇栽培专利技术的申请量、技术分支演化进行了相关分析得出,我国香菇栽培技术经过早期个体栽培、中期工厂化栽培,后期逐步向优选菌种培养、有机无公害栽培、环保栽培、废弃资源利用栽培、富含特种营养栽培等多种多元化栽培技术改进方向发展,未来香菇栽培技术创新研究将继续围绕如何适应多元化栽培需求而展开。

Recently,as the researching and applying of edible fungi cultivation,the technologies on Lenthi.nus edodes cultivation have been developed.At the same time,in order to protect the related cultivation tech.nologies,researchers chose to file a patent application.The number of patent applications on Lenthinus edodes cultivation are counted,while the technology evolution of Lenthinus edodes cultivation has been analyzed.From small scale production in early time to industrial cultivation in later time,now Lenthinus edodes cultiva.tion in China tends to diversified development,such as culture of new strain of Lenthinus edodes,organic culti.vation,pollution-free cultivation,agricultural waste recycling cultivation and nutrient element rich cultivation.More and more innovated technologies on Lenthinus edodes cultivation will be developed to suit the needs of di.versified cultivations.
