Research and application of multifunction ground moving grouting equipment

针对神东煤炭集团公司各矿井工作面距离长、走向距离长、采空区面积大,重点防灭火“两道两线”采空区区域位置距离大,配套的固定注浆站注浆系统设备压力损失大,容易造成管路堵塞,且注浆系统功能单一等问题,神东煤炭集团公司研发了一套集合集成性、移动性、多功能性、智能性、创新性为一体的多功能地面移动注浆装备。经过设备工业试验后,应用于补连塔煤矿2017年度采空区预防性注浆防灭火工程,为高效、快速实现预期注浆防灭火目标提供了技术装备支持。

In view of the problems such as long working face distance,long advancing distance,large goaf area and difficulty of fire prevention and extinguishing in mining faces,high pressure loss of grouting system equipment,easy blockage of pipeline and single function of grouting system in grouting station,etc,in Shendong Coal Group Co.,Ltd.,a set of multi-functional ground mobile grouting equipment which has integration,mobility,multi-function,intelligence and innovation was developed.Through the industrial test of preventive grouting fire extinguishing engineering of Bulianta Coal Mine in 2017,the technical equipment support for efficient and rapid grouting fire extinguishing was provided.
