关于矿用隔爆型移动变电站无线温度检测技术的研究 被引量:3

摘要 目前国内矿用移动变电站的温度检测存在功能技术落后、数据采集不全面、模式单一等问题,在使用过程中隔爆型移动变电站烧毁的绝大部分原因与过热有关,而高压分接头、低压星角转换接头、高压隔离刀闸、断路器与变压器连接的穿墙套管都是主要的发热起火位置。因此,研究移动变电站在线温度检测已经成为煤矿井下供电系统中安全运行所急需解决的实际问题,也是提高移动变电站可靠运行的迫切需要。采用移动变电站无线温度检测技术是解决这一难题的重要技术手段,并已提交了专利申请。 At present,there are some problems in temperature detection of domestic mine mobile substations,such as backward technology,incomplete data acquisition,single mode,etc.In the process of operation,the overheating is the main cause of the burnout of flameproof mobile substation,while the main burning positions are high-voltage taps,low-voltage star-angle conversion joints,high-voltage isolation switches,wall bushing connected with circuit breakers and transformers.Therefore,researching on-line temperature detection technology of mobile substation has become an urgent need of ensuring safety operation of underground power supply system,and improving the reliable operation of substation.Wireless temperature detection technology in mobile substation is an important technical means to solve the problem of overheating.
