浅析全自动无人工作面矿压异常报警分析软件的可行性

摘要 针对矿井浅埋近距离综采工作面过上覆房采采空区或集中煤柱时易发生动载矿压导致大面积切顶压架事故,根据几个综采面动压监测数据并结合顶板运动规律,提出了矿压异常报警分析软件的可行性,从而得出该软件是保证煤炭生产正常接续,高质量地完成采煤工作,保证按时推进,保证经济效益和人身安全的有效预警手段。 Aiming at the large area roof-cutting and support-crushing accident caused by dynamic pressure when shallow-buried fully mechanized mining face passes through the overlying goaf or centralized coal pillar,combined with dynamic pressure monitoring data and roof movement law of fully mechanized mining face,the alarm analysis software for abnormal ground pressure was researched.The results show that the software is an effective early warning means to ensure the normal coal production,economic benefits and personal safety.
