重点阐述了安全风险预控管理体系的管控核心,针对目前洗选中心安全管理现状,将安全风险预控管理体系各要素进行有效分解,使PDCA闭环管理模式运用到安全生产各环节中。根据确定的风险管理重点、难点问题加大风险管控力度,做到持续改进,从根本上遏制事故的发生,推动洗选中心“本质安全型”企业建设,达到管理的本质安全化。

This paper focuses on the management and control core of safety risk pre-control management system.In view of the current situation of safety management in washing center,the elements of safety risk pre-control management system were effectively decomposed,so that PDCA closed-loop management mode was applied to all aspects of safety production.According to the key and difficult problems of risk management,risk control and continuous improvement should be strengthened in order to fundamentally curb accidents,promote the construction of“intrinsically safe”enterprises in washing centers,and achieve the intrinsically safety management.
