摘要
香蕉振动筛是常用的选煤设备,具有大型化和结构复杂化的特点,经常会出现各种各样的机械事故,包括侧板开裂,主梁发生断裂以及筛板松动、电机发生损坏等。通过ANSYS有限元软件,利用其仿真功能对申克3064香蕉振动筛进行静力学和动力学分析,得出振动筛侧板开裂是在共振的情况下侧板的应力超过了设备许用应力所致的结论。通过参数化建模对模型进行修改,从而为产品的优化提供设计依据。
Banana vibrating screen is the common coal preparation equipment,which has the characteristics of large-scale and complex structure.Banana vibrating screen often occurs various mechanical accidents,such as side plate cracking,main beam fracture,screen plate loosening,motor damage,etc.by using the simulation function of ANSYS finite element software,the static and dynamic analysis of Shenke 3064 banana vibrating screen is carried out.The analysis shows that the cracking of the side plate of the vibrating screen is caused by the stress of the side plate exceeding the allowable stress of the equipment under the condition of resonance.The model is modified by parametric modeling,so as to provide design basis for product optimization.
