In order to effectively control the major disaster risks faced by the mine,four-step method for risk management and control of major disasters,such as advance planning,process control,effective monitoring and rapid response was proposed in Daliuta Coal Mine.By adopting the four-step method of risk management and control,major disasters were effectively prevented,good control effect was achieved,and the level of mine safety management was improved.
