摘要 针对直径22m仓容10000t原煤仓加层改造方案,利用PKPM软件进行计算验证,通过计算加层改造以后仓上建筑(框架结构)在竖向荷载、水平风荷载及水平地震力作用下的内力,分析其受力性能,最终确定加固改造方案。研究表明:在水平风荷载及水平地震力作用下仓上建筑受力性能不同于普通高层框架结构,其“鞭梢效应”更加明显,水平位移比较大。此时,框架内力由水平荷载控制,竖向荷载对框架产生有利影响。由于,竖向荷载直接影响水平地震荷载,因此需要工程技术人员人为控制荷载。 According to the layer-adding reform scheme of coal bunker with diameter of 22m and capacity of 10000t,by using PKPM software,the internal forces of the warehouse building(frame structure)under vertical load,horizontal wind load and horizontal seismic force were calculated after layer-adding reform of coal bunker,its mechanical performance was analyzed,and finally,the reinforcement scheme was determined.The results show that the stress characteristics of warehouse buildings under horizontal wind load and horizontal seismic force are different from those of ordinary high-rise frame structures,and the whiplash effect is more obvious and the horizontal displacement is larger.At the same time,the frame force is controlled by the horizontal load,and the vertical load has a beneficial effect on the frame.However,the vertical loads directly affect the horizontal seismic loads,so it is necessary to control the loads artificially.
