设备工程监造是工程咨询体系的一个分支。设备工程监造这一新举措近年来在我国设备工程领域已经逐步推开,目的是为了保证设备工程项目高质量顺利实施,推动和促进设备工程行业高质量发展。通过设备监造行业的现状分析,阐述了设备监造的职能作用、加强管理的措施,提出了建立和完善设备工程监造法律体系,规范秩序监造提前介入、强化监督管理,采取灵活多样的设备监造模式,建立激励与约束机制、鼓励持证上岗,学术带头起到专业引领作用的建议。

Equipment engineering supervision is a branch of engineering consulting system.In recent years,equipment engineering supervision has been gradually promoted in the field of equipment engineering in China,which ensures the smooth implementation of high-quality equipment engineering projects and promotes the development of high-quality equipment engineering industry.Based on the analysis of the current situation and role of equipment supervision industry,the suggestions of establishing the legal system of equipment engineering supervision,adopting flexible equipment supervision mode,establishing incentive and restraint mechanisms,and encouraging licensed employees and academic leaders to play a professional leading role were put forward.
