摘要
为了进一步完善刮板运输机在选煤厂的使用,阐述了刮板输送机的工作原理、常见故障及处理方法以及刮板输送机常见的保护方式,介绍了选煤厂开发的刮板输送机拉绳保护、断链保护、跳链保护、现场断电指示保护和配电室抽屉到位指示保护,方便了刮板运输机的正常运行,从而最大限度地保证了刮板输送机的运行效率。
In order to further improve the use of scraper conveyor in coal preparation plant,by analyzing the working principle,common faults and treatment methods,and common protection methods of scraper conveyor,the rope pulling protection,chain breaking protection,chain jumping protection,on-site power failure indication protection and distribution room drawer indication protection were developed by coal preparation plant,which facilitates the normal operation of scraper conveyor,and ensures the maximum operation efficiency of scraper conveyor.
