Based on a brief introduction to the mine flameproof mobile substation in Shendong Company,the electrical principles of high voltage vacuum distribution device with permanent magnet mechanism,flameproof dry transformer and flameproof low voltage protective box were analyzed,and the troubleshooting methods of some common faults in production practice were summarized,so as to ensure the normal operation of the equipment and the safety production of the district team.
