在党的十八大召开以前,思想政治工作在煤矿生产单位和基层区队重视程度不够,对其重要性的理解不充分,导致思想政治工作发挥的重要作用得不到体现,员工思想认识和基层管理由此产生了一些问题和不足之处,本文就思想政治工作的重要性进行梳理和分析,并就存在的问题和如何加强基层的思想工作提出一些研究思路。

Before the Nineteenth National Congress of the CPC,in coal mine production units and grass-roots district teams,due to insufficient attention to ideological and political work and inadequate understanding of its importance,the role played by ideological and political work is not reflected,and some problems arise in staff s ideological understanding and grass-roots management.The paper analyses the importance of ideological and political work,and puts forward some research ideas on the existing problems and how to strengthen ideological and political work at the grass-roots unit.
