摘要
通过对某印染废水处理工程设计工艺和运行参数的分析,表明诱发该工程污泥膨胀主要因素是污泥负荷过低。针对污泥膨胀的原因,通过增设缺氧生物选择器和提高污泥负荷等措施,控制了污泥膨胀问题。运行结果表明,在污泥长期处于丝状菌微膨胀时,系统具有良好的去除效率。可见,在丝状菌微膨胀状态处理印染废水是可行的。
Through the analysis on the design technology and operating parameters of printing and dyeing wastewater treatment engineering project, it indicates that the major factor leading to sludge bulking is the low sludge load. To control the problem of sludge bulking, measures like adopting the anoxic Bio-selector and improving sludge load were implemented, which turned out to be effective. This shows that the system is efficient in pollutants removal, especially when sludge is under long term limited filamentous bulking. In conclusion, it is feasible to deal with printing and dyeing wastewater while sludge is limited filamentous bulking.
