摘要 挥发性有机物(VOCs)作为细颗粒物和臭氧生成的前驱物,其对大气的污染已被广泛认知,国家及地方环保部门均颁发了挥发性有机物污染防治工作的相关文件及标准。挥发性有机物来源广泛,通过对生产工艺中使用到的有机化学品进行分析,明确了TFT-LCD行业挥发性有机物的主要来源。根据各种挥发性有机物控制技术优缺点的分析比较,结合TFT-LCD行业有机废气的排放特点,介绍了沸石转轮吸附浓缩燃烧技术的应用。 Volatile organic compounds (VOCs) as the precursor of fine particulate and ozone, which pollution to air has been widely recognized. The state and local environmental protection departments had issued relevant documents and standards for the prevention and control of volatile organic compounds. Volatile organic compounds have a wide range of sources. The paper analyzed the organic chemicals used in the production process and clarified the main source of volatile organic compounds in TFT-LCD industry. Based on the comparison of various control technologies and the organic exhaust characteristics of the TFT-LCD industry, the paper introduced the application of zeolite concentration runner system.
