在我国产业结构调整下,化工企业呈现出集中园区化的发展趋势,有利于整合资源配置和便于安全管理。但也给环境污染风险防范赋予新的挑战。本文结合实际工作,在编制突发环境事件应急监测预案中对优化流程,加强个人防护,提升后勤保障措施进行探讨。

Under the adjustment of China’s industrial structure, chemical companies have shown a development trend of centralized parks, which is conducive to the integration of resource allocation and ease of safety management. But it also poses new challenges to the prevention of environmental pollution risks. This paper combines the actual work, in the preparation of emergency response plan for emergency environmental incidents, discusses the optimization process, strengthens personal protection, and improves logistics support measures.
