新形势下污染源自动监控工作的问题与对策

Problems and countermeasures of automatic monitoring of pollution sources under the new situation

本文首先分析了污染源自动监控系统的构成以及运维工作的类型;其次分别从标准陈旧、指标较少,运行机制有待健全、监控工作难以形成合力,多系统运行导致数据难以有效共享三个方面分析了现阶段监控工作存在的问题和困境;最后分别从进一步完善管理制度、进一步强化企业主体责任和拓展数据融合应用三个方面分析了提升监控工作效率的措施。

Firstly, the composition of the automatic monitoring system of pollution sources and the types of operation and maintenance work are analyzed. Secondly, the standard is obsolete and the indicators are few;the operation mechanism needs to be improved, and the monitoring work is difficult to form a synergy;the multi-system operation leads to the difficulty of effective sharing of data, and analyzes the problems and dilemmas of the current monitoring work. Finally, the paper analyzes the measures to improve the efficiency of monitoring and control from three aspects: further improving the management system, further strengthening the main responsibility of the enterprise and expanding the application of data fusion.
