Knowledge Decomposer of Innovation Ecosystem

创新生态系统的知识分解者是指将失去产权保护的复杂创新知识逐步分解为简单创新知识并最终分解为常识的创新组织。知识分解者是完成创新生态系统知识循环和提高创新效率的关键环节。现有的知识分解者比较典型的有职业教育机构、科学技术普及机构、行业协会以及消费者等,此外大学和科研机构等知识生产者以及企业等知识消费者也承担部分知识分解的功能。现有的知识分解者维持了目前创新生态系统的知识循环,但是它们对专利知识的分解还不充分。建议成立国家专利分解基金会专门分解全球专利知识。

Knowledge decomposer of the innovation ecosystem refers to the innovative organization that gradually decomposes the complex innovation knowledge which has lost the protection of property rights into simple innovation knowledge and finally into common sense.And knowledge decomposer is the key to completing the knowledge cycle of the innovation ecosystem and improving the innovation efficiency.The existing typical knowledge decomposers include professional education institutions,science and technology popularization institutions,trade associations and consumers,etc.In addition,knowledge producers such as universities and scientific research institutions and knowledge consumers such as enterprises also undertake part of the function of knowledge decomposition.The existing knowledge decomposers have maintained the current knowledge cycle of the innovation ecosystem,but their decomposition of patent knowledge is not sufficient.It is suggested that the National Patent Decomposition Foundation be established to decompose global patent knowledge.
