摘要
目的:观察和探讨增强营养支持对老年慢性阻塞性肺疾病(COPD)患者肺通气功能和运动耐量产生的影响。方法:选取我院2016年1月—2017年12月收治的老年COPD患者120例,根据营养方案分为观察组64例和对照组56例,对照组给予常规营养支持,观察组给予加强营养支持,观察两组营养支持前后的营养水平、肺通气功能变化以及运动耐量等指标,并对两组指标进行比较。结果:营养支持前,两组的体重、血清总蛋白(TP)、白蛋白(ALB)、6min步行距离(6WMD)、最大摄氧量(VO2max)以及用力肺活量(FVC)、第1秒用力呼气容积(FEV1)和FEV1占预计值百分比(FEV1%)等指标无显著差异(P>0.05),营养支持3w后观察组上述指标明显优于对照组(P<0.05或P<0.01)。结论:增强营养支持能明显改善老年COPD患者的肺通气功能和提高运动耐量,值得在临床推广。
【Objective】To observe and explore the effect of enhanced nutrition support on pulmonary ventilation function and exercise tolerance in elderly patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease(COPD).【Method】We selected 120 cases of senile COPD patients from January 2016 to December 2017,according to the nutrient solution,the patients were divided into observation group and control group,64 cases in the control group and 56 cases in the control group.The control group was given conventional nutritional support,the observation group was given to strengthen nutrition support.The nutrition level,changes in pulmonary ventilation function and exercise tolerance index of two groups before and after nutritional support were observed and compared.【Result】Before obtaining nutrition support,there was no significant difference in body weight,serum total protein(TP),albumin(ALB),6min walking distance(6WMD),VO 2 Max(VO 2max)and forced vital capacity(FVC),forced expiratory volume in first second(FEV1)and FEV1 percentage of expected value(FEV1%),and other indicators between the two groups(P>0.05).The above indicators were significantly better than the control group after three weeks of nutrition support(P<0.05 or P<0.01).【Conclusion】Enhanced nutritional support can significantly improve the pulmonary ventilation function and increase the exercise tolerance in elderly patients with COPD,and it is worth promoting in clinical practice.
