摘要
以豆油酸、偏苯三酸酐、三羟甲基丙烷、邻苯二甲酸酐、间苯二甲酸为原料合成了水性醇酸树脂。讨论了合成条件及偏苯三酸酐用量对涂膜性能的影响。实验结果表明,水性醇酸树脂固化涂膜的硬度、光泽度、附着力、耐水性能均达到预期效果。
A waterborne alkyd resin was synthesized by using soya oil acid,trimellitie anhydride,trimethylolpropane,phthalic anhydride,isophthalic acid as raw materals.The effects of synthetic conditions and trimellitic anhydride content on the coating performance of waterborne alkyd resin were studied.The experimental results showed that the film cured by crosslinking agent of waterborne alkyd resin had the best expected effect including film hardness,gloss,adhesion,water-resistance.
