氮磷系阻燃剂是应用广泛的阻燃剂之一。本文综述了氮磷系阻燃剂的特点和阻燃机理,以及氮磷系阻燃剂在聚丙烯、涤纶、环氧树脂、皮革、木材中的应用进展。通过对比添加氮磷系阻燃剂前后,材料的极限氧指数、水平垂直燃烧、热重分析和扫描电镜等指标来分析阻燃剂的阻燃性能。展望了未来氮磷系阻燃剂的研究和应用前景。

Nitrogen and phosphorus flame retardant is one of the widely used flame retardants.This article compares the characteristics and flame retardancy mechanism of nitrogen and phosphorus flame retardant,as well as the application progress of nitrogen and phosphorus flame retardant in five kinds of materials such as polypropylene,polyester,epoxy resin,leather and wood.The flame retardancy of the flame retardant was analyzed by comparing the limit oxygen index,horizontal vertical combustion,thermogravimetric analysis and scanning electron microscope.The research and application prospects of nitrogen and phosphorus flame retardants in the future are prospected.
