农业产业化促进长效脱贫的思考

To Promote Long-term Poverty Alleviation through Agricultural Industrialization

农业产业化是促进乡村振兴的重要举措,是解决长效脱贫的有效途径。为推动建立长效脱贫机制,本研究从农业产业化的内涵及以其促进长效脱贫的必要性入手,在大量调研的基础上分析问题,借鉴先进经验,进而从加强顶层设计建立产业化发展与贫困人口利益联结机制、拓宽融资渠道提供资金保障、全产业链发展培育区域品牌、全生命周期服务产业融入全球市场体系等方面,提出了以农业产业化促进长效脱贫的对策建议,以期为打赢脱贫攻坚战、巩固脱贫攻坚效果提供参考。

Agricultural industrialization is an important measure to promote rural revitalization and an effective way to solve long-term poverty alleviation.To promote the establishment of long-term poverty alleviation mechanism,this study from the connotation of agricultural industrialization and the necessity of long-term poverty alleviation through it,on the basis of a large number of research analysis,draw lessons from advanced experience,and make suggestions from the following aspects:strengthen the top-level design industrialization and poor benefit coupling mechanism,broaden the financing channels to provide capital security,the whole industry chain development to foster whole life cycle of regional brand,the service industry into the global market system and so on.In order to win the battle against poverty and consolidate the effect of poverty alleviation,the paper puts forward some countermeasures and suggestions to promote long-term poverty alleviation through agricultural industrialization.
