The Protection and Restoration of the Ecological Environment of the Yangtze River Economic Belt

长江经济带生态环境的保护与修复,是《长江经济带发展规划纲要》提出的首要任务,是推进长江经济带高质量发展的重要举措。应全面贯彻落实习近平总书记"共抓大保护、不搞大开发"以及"绿水青山就是金银银山"的指导思想,以共商共治共建共享为战略思路,推动长江经济带生态环境的保护与修复,同时针对性地解决战略实施过程的问题,形成生态协同的战略新格局。

The protection and restoration of the ecological environment of the Yangtze River Economic Belt is the primary task in the Outline of the Development Planning of the Yangtze River Economic Belt and an important measure to promote the high-quality development of the Yangtze River Economic Belt.Based on the general idea of"ecological priority and green development",this paper makes a strategic judgment on the changes faced by the ecological protection and restoration of the Yangtze River Economic Belt.It is proposed that the Yangtze River Economic Belt should be taken into account as a whole,and promote the consultation,co-governance,co-construction and sharing,so as to promote the protection and restoration of the ecological environment of the Yangtze River Economic Belt in a coordinated and balanced way,and form Pattern.We should comprehensively implement the General Secretary Xi Jinping’s guiding ideology of"promoting well-coordinated environmental conservation and avoiding excessive development"and"lucid waters and lush mountains are invaluable assets",follow the principle of achieving shared growth through discussion and collaboration,promote the ecological environment of the Yangtze River Economic Belt.Protection and restoration,as well as address the problems of the strategic implementation process,forming a new strategic pattern of ecological synergy.
