意大利加入一带一路后的中意经贸合作

China-Italian Economic and Trade Cooperation after Italy Joined the “Belt and Road” Initiative

意大利与中国签署"一带一路"合作倡议谅解备忘录,使两国经贸合作进入新阶段。然而,由于意大利对华贸易存在逆差过大、企业规模劣势、出口不足、引资偏低、同类竞争等问题,两国间仍有大量合作潜力未被挖掘。为此,我方应借意大利加入"一带一路"之机,鼓励意大利优质特色产品进入中国市场,加大对意大利本土的绿地投资,努力将意大利沿岸港口转化为海上丝绸之路的重要节点,改善陆上交通,实现中意经贸双赢。

Italy and China signed a Memorandum of Understanding(MOU)on cooperation within the framework of Belt and Road Initiative,which opened a new chapter in China-Italian relations and created great opportunities for enterprises in both countries.However,Italy’s current trade relations with China were troubled by five issues,namely Italy’s huge trade deficit with China,the predominance of small enterprises in Italy,Italy’s insufficient export to China,the country’s underperformance in attracting Chinese investment and the potential competition between Italian products and their Chinese counterparts.Therefore,China should encourage more‘Made in Italy’products to enter the Chinese market,increase China’s greenfield investments in Italy and improve the infrastructure connections on land and at sea between the two countries.
