In China,the cooperation between the government and social capital has experienced rapid development and suffered a lot of legal problems at the same time.Understanding the advanced legal systems and experience in the PPP field in developed countries such as Japan is of great significance for promoting the legalization of PPP in China.We can start from the aspects of building a complete and unified legal system,enriching the level of information disclosure,and strengthening public participation,and strengthening the legalization of PPP in China.
