超声引导动脉穿刺用于术中血气分析采集的效果 被引量:5

摘要 目的评价超声引导桡动脉穿刺置管的应用效果。方法选取准备择期手术且术中需进行动脉血气监测患者90例,ASAⅠ~Ⅲ级,年龄45~81岁,采用数字表法随机分为对照组和试验组,每组45例。试验组:采用便携式超声引导下桡动脉穿刺技术;对照组:采用传统触脉盲探法桡动脉穿刺技术。记录2组患者一次穿刺置管成功率及穿刺置管时间。结果试验组桡动脉穿刺置管一次成功率显著高于对照组,平均穿刺次数低于对照组,穿刺置管时间长于对照组,比较差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论超声引导桡动脉穿刺置管,一次成功率高,平均穿刺次数少,穿刺置管时间略长,安全可靠,值得临床推广应用。 Objective To evaluate the application effects of ultrasound-guided radial artery catheterization.Methods Ninety patients(aged 45~81 years)with ASAⅠ~Ⅲwho were ready to undergo elective surgery and arterial blood gas monitoring during the operation were enrolled in the study.The patients were assigned to the control group and the experimental group,with 45 cases in each group.The patients in the experimental group underwent portable ultrasound-guided radial artery puncture,while those in the control group underwent radial artery puncture by traditional pulse palpation.The success rate of initial puncture and catheterization as well as the time of puncture and catheterization was recorded in the two groups.Results The one-time success rate of radial artery puncture catheterization in the experimental group was significantly higher than that in the control group,and the average number of punctures was lower than that in control group.The time of puncture and catheterization in the experimental group was longer than that in control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Th ultrasound-guided radial artery catheterization has the advantages including high success rate,minimal average number of punctures,slightly longer time of catheterization,good safety and reliability.Therefore,it is worthy of clinical application.
