摘要
目的探讨TGF-β1在上皮性卵巢癌中的表达与临床病理特性的关系。方法采用免疫组化方法分别检测TGF-β1在上皮性卵巢癌组(48例)、卵巢良性肿瘤组(24例)、正常卵巢组(20例)中的表达情况。结果TGF-β1在上皮性卵巢癌组的阳性率(79.1%)最高,明显高于卵巢良性肿瘤组(41.6%)和正常卵巢组(20.0%)(P<0.05);上皮性卵巢癌组中TGF-β1阳性表达率与卵巢良性肿瘤组和正常卵巢组相比较,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。TGF-β1的表达强度与上皮性卵巢癌的临床分期有关,Ⅲ~Ⅳ期患者明显高于Ⅰ~Ⅱ期患者(P<0.05);与患者年龄、组织学类型、病理分化程度、有无淋巴结转移等指标无关(P>0.05)。结论TGF-β1在卵巢组织由良性向恶性发展的过程中起了重要作用,TGF-β1可作为诊断上皮性卵巢癌的生物学指标。随着上皮性卵巢癌的恶性程度进展,TGF-β1的表达明显上调,因此,TGF-β1亦可作为监测卵巢癌疾病进展的敏感指标。
Objective To investigate the correlation between transforming growth factor(TGF-β1)expression in epithelial ovarian cancer and the clinical pathological features tumor.Methods The expression levels of TGF-β1 in epithelial ovarian cancer group(n=48),benign ovarian tumor group(n=24)and normal ovary group(n=20)were detected by immunohistochemistry.Results The positive expression rate of TGF-β1 in epithelial ovarian cancer group was 79.1%,which was significantly higher than that(41.6%)in benign ovarian tumor group and that(20.0%)in normal ovary group(P<0.05).There was a significant difference in the positive expression rate of TGF-β1 between epithelial ovarian cancer group and benign ovarian tumor group as well as normal ovary group(P<0.05).Moreover the expressive intensity of TGF-β1 was related to the clinical stage of epithelial ovarian cancer(P<0.05),however,which was not related to the patient’s age,histological type,pathological differentiation degree and lymph node metastasis(P>0.05).Conclusion TGF-β1 plays an important role in the development of ovarian tissue from benign condition to malignancy,thus,which can be regarded as a biological index in diagnosis of epithelial ovarian cancer.With the progression of malignant degree of epithelial ovarian cancer,the expression levels of TGF-β1 are significantly up-regulated,therefore,TGF-β1 can also be used as a sensitive index to monitor the progression of ovarian cancer.
