摘要
参考回转机构双控马达回路原理,搭建了四配流窗口轴向柱塞马达。结合现有的两口马达结构和仿真模型,利用AMESim构建了四口柱塞马达的物理仿真模型,并搭建了简单的油液回路,包括蓄能器等构成的能量回收部分,模拟挖掘机回转机构。对模型参数进行合理的设置,分析了柱塞马达仿真模型的各项特性及负载特性。仿真结果表明,四配流窗口轴向柱塞马达运行正常,对回转能量回收有一定效果,对节能方案的创新有一定的参考。
A double control piston motor oil hydraulic circuit is used to set up a simulation model of four assignment windows axial piston motor.We combine existing two assignment windows motor s structure and simulation model to set up a physical simulation model of four assignment windows axial piston motor based on AMESim,and also set up a simple oil circuit including energy recovery part composed of accumulators.The parameters are reasonably set for the model,and we analyze the performance and load characteristics of the model.The simulation results indicate that the model runs normally and has certain effect on energy recovery,and also has certain reference for innovation of energy saving scheme.
