大数据技术给人们的生活带来了极大的便利,同时也引发了不同于以往的个人隐私泄露的问题。为了解决大数据时代对公民自由意志的侵害、对他人人格尊重的缺失以及对社会价值观造成冲击的伦理困境,从隐私主体、利益相关者、法律法规及伦理道德观等方面,分析导致个人隐私泄露的原因。从正义论的角度、功利论的角度和德性论的角度出发,深度剖析个人隐私问题的伦理规制,提出了大数据时代保护个人隐私的相应对策。

Big data technology has brought great convenience to people’s lives, and it has also caused problems of personal privacy leaks different from previous. In order to solve the ethical dilemma of the free will of citizens in the era of big data, the lack of respect for other people's personality and the impact on social values, the personal privacy leaks were analyzed from the aspects of privacy subjects, stakeholders, laws and regulations and ethics. The reason, from the perspective of justice theory, utilitarianism and morality, deeply analyzes the ethical regulation of personal privacy issues, and proposes corresponding countermeasures to protect personal privacy in the era of big data.
