摘要
高性能纤维增强水泥基复合材料(ECC)具有超高的极限抗拉应变,在土木工程领域具有广泛的应用前景。针对量大面广的无圈梁构造柱砖砌体房屋,研发了高效的ECC加固方法,对2片未加固砖墙和2片加固砖墙开展了拟静力试验研究。试验结果表明:ECC条带加固能显著提高砖砌体墙的抗剪承载力、变形能力和耗能能力,施工工艺可保证ECC条带与砖砌体墙的可靠黏结。加固后无圈梁构造柱墙体的各项力学性能均优于未加固的有圈梁构造柱墙体。
Engineered Cementitious Composites (ECC ) has super high ultimate tensile strain as to normal cementitious composite,and it has broad application prospects in civil engineering. For widely existing unconfined masonry walls,a high efficient strengthening method was proposed from economic perspective. Two reference specimens and two strengthened specimens were tested under cyclic quasi-static loading. The experimental results indicated that the proposed strengthening method could significantly improve the shear bearing capacity,deformability and energy dissipation capacity of brick masonry walls. The bonding performance between ECC bricks and brick masonry wall could be ensured by the strengthening technique used in the paper. All mechanical properties of the ECC reinforced wall without tie beam and constructional column were better that of the unreinforced wall with tie beam and constructional column.
