摘要
电子工业厂房中精密设备对振动控制要求严格,其防微振结构形式与常规结构不同。目前防微振计算分析以杆单元模型居多,为比较在此类结构中采用杆单元和实体单元计算结果的差异,以某工程中防微振格构梁结构为例,采用ANSYSWorkbench软件,得到了两种单元模型在质量、竖向刚度、竖向模态及谐响应的计算结果,分析了两者的差异性,为类似工程的单元模型选取提供参考。
The precision equipments in the electronic industrial workshops require strict vibration control,its structure for micro-vibration prevention is different from the conventional structure. The calculation and analysis of the anti-micro-vibration are in the majority with link element model. In order to have a comparison in such a structure between the link and solid elements,the differences of the calculation results were studied. The paper was based on an engineering case of lattice beam structure with the application of ANSYS Workbench to achieve the calculation results according to two element models in the mass,vertical stiffness,vertical modal and harmonic response along the vertical direction. The variation between the two types was analyzed and it could provide a reference for the similar projects to decide the element model.
