摘要
全装配下沉式楼板是一种新型干式楼盖体系,其楼板与钢梁之间、楼板与楼板之间分别以锚栓连接。以应用于楼板与楼板间的锚栓式连接为研究对象,以锚栓式连接的锚栓直径、强度、间距和边距,连接钢板厚度和锚固长度,板缝宽度,连接凹槽深度,以及连接钢板与混凝土间的摩擦系数为参数,通过对其进行平面内剪切荷载作用下的数值模拟分析,研究连接细部构造对其面内抗剪强度和刚度的影响。分析结果表明:连接钢板锚固长度不宜小于12倍的钢板厚,连接凹槽深度宜取板厚的50%,锚栓间距宜取3倍的锚栓直径,锚栓边距宜取2~3倍的锚栓直径,板缝宽度不宜超过20mm。
The total-prefabricated sinking reinforced concrete (RC) floor is a new floor system. The connection between slab and steel beam,slab and slab are connected by the anchor bolted connection. The anchor bolted connection applied between slab and slab was taken as the study subject. Considering the parameters,such as the diameter and strength of anchor bolt,the spacing and edge distance of anchor bolt,the thickness and anchorage length of steel plate,the width of slab joint,the depth of connection groove,the friction coefficient between steel plate and concrete,the effects of detailed formations on the in-plane strength and stiffness of bolted connection were studied through numerical simulation analysis of it under in-plane shear force. The analysis results showed that the anchorage length of steel plate should not be less than 12 times of steel plate thickness,the depth of connection groove should be half of slab thickness,the spacing of anchor bolt should be 3 times of the diameter of bolt,the edge distance of anchor bolt should be 2~ 3 times of the diameter of bolt,the width of slab joint should not exceed 20 mm.
