Construction of Culture Performance Evaluation Index of Tourism Poverty Alleviation in Southwest Mountainous Minority Areas

如何准确构建定量评估旅游扶贫文化绩效的指标体系是旅游扶贫研究的难点。基于“生产、生活和生态”原则,构建包含四个层次54个指标的旅游扶贫文化绩效评估指标体系,来表征村民内心所期待的乡村生产、生活和生态的慰藉来评估旅游扶贫文化绩效。对西南山地旅游扶贫文化绩效进行量化评估,不仅为旅游扶贫的可持续程度和维护村民的美好生活提供参考,而且也可以为丰富和完善旅游扶贫文化绩效评估体系,提供新的评估参考标准。

How to construct an index system to evaluate the cultural performance of tourism poverty alleviation accurately is the difficulty of tourism poverty alleviation research.Based on the principle of"production,life,and ecology",a tourism poverty alleviation cultural performance evaluation system consisting of 54 indicators at four levels were constructed to represent the comfort of rural production,life and ecology that villagers expect in heart to evaluate the tourism poverty alleviation cultural performance.The quantitative evaluation of the cultural performance of tourism poverty alleviation in mountainous areas in southwest China not only provided a reference for the sustainable degree of tourism poverty alleviation and maintaining the villagers'good life,but also provided a new evaluation reference standard for enriching and perfecting the cultural performance evaluation system of tourism poverty alleviation.
