摘要 加强食品安全科普,提高公众的食品安全意识和能力,是提高我国食品安全水平的重要途径。应依托高校食品专业的人才优势、技术优势,鼓励组建大量高校食品安全科普志愿者队伍,深入社区、学校、农村开展食品安全科普活动,以促进食品安全的共治共建共享,也有利于培养高校食品专业大学生的综合能力。 It's an important way to improve the level of food safety in China by strengthening the science popularization of food safety and improving public awareness and ability of food safety.Depending on the technical and talent advantages of food specialties in colleges and universities,setting up many volunteer teams of the science popularization of food safety was supported to carry out many science popularization activities of food safety in community,school and rural areas.These would help to promote the co-governance,co-construction and sharing of food safety,and cultivate the all-round ability of students of food specialties in colleges and universities.
