摘要
基于新形势下,分析高校工程所存在的招投标风险,分析风险的处置措施跟产生原因,从多个方面为立足点,探讨了新时期下怎么去有效的防控招投标风险,提出了一系列有效的、可行的风险防范措施。
Based on the new situation,this paper analyzes the bidding risk existing in college engineering,analyzes the risk disposal measures and causes,and takes a foothold from many aspects to explore how to effectively prevent and control bidding risks in the new period.A series of effective and feasible risk prevention measures are proposed.
