基于工程伦理视角的丰城11·24特别重大事故研究

Research on Fengcheng 11·24 Special Major Accident Based on Engineering Ethics

建设工程安全事故的发生造成了大量的人员伤亡和经济损失。为了有效预防建筑工程事故的发生,本文以丰城发电厂坍塌事故为例,从工程伦理视角分析了事故发生的原因,并提出了有效的措施。研究结果表明:工程价值、工程利益分配、工程责任履行等工程伦理问题是导致建筑工程事故发生的关键因素。注重工程伦理教育、加强风险防控、履行安全责任是预防事故发生的有效途径。

The occurrence of construction engineering safety accidents has caused a large number of casualties and economic losses.In order to effectively prevent the occurrence of construction accidents,this paper takes the collapse accident of Fengcheng Power Plant as an example,analyzes the causes of accidents from the perspective of engineering ethics,and puts forward effective measures.The research results show that engineering ethics such as engineering value,project benefit distribution and project responsibility fulfillment are the key factors leading to the occurrence of construction engineering accidents.Paying attention to engineering ethics education,strengthening risk prevention and control,and fulfilling safety responsibilities are effective ways to prevent accidents.
