摘要
核电机组首次启动阶段是机组商运前工程建设的最后一个关键阶段,高效的计划管理有助于降低启动阶段工期延误风险,确保核电机组早日投入商运,提升工程建设的经济性。文章基于CPR1000及其改进型机组工程建设实践,分析了核电机组首次启动阶段计划管理要点,并给出了对应的措施方案,对后续核电机组启动阶段计划管理具有参考意义。
The first start-up stage of nuclear power units is the last key stage of the construction of nuclear power units before commercial operation.Efficient planning management helps to reduce the risk of construction delay in the start-up stage,ensure the early commissioning of nuclear power units and improve the economy of construction.Based on the practical experience of CPR1000 and its improved units,this paper analyzes the key points of the plan management of nuclear power units in the first start-up stage,and gives the corresponding measures,which has reference significance for the plan management of subsequent nuclear power units in the start-up stage.
