摘要
文章利用国内知名众包网站“一品威客网”的数据,对可能影响雇主定价模式的相关因素,从任务特征和雇主特征两方面构建理论模型。通过SPSS软件进行回归分析,文章实证检验了相关因素对雇主定价模式选择的影响作用。文章对雇主定价模式的研究进行补充,在实践方面对雇主定价模式选择具有参考价值。
This article uses the data of the well-known crowdsourcing website"epwk.com"in China to establish a theoretical model from two perspespectives of task characteristics and employer characteristics,to investigate the relevant factors that may affect the employer's choice of pricing model.With SPSS software,we conducted regression analysis to empirically examine how each possbile factor affects the employer's pricing model selection.This paper complements the study of the employer's pricing model,and provide insights on the employer's pricing model selection in practice.
