把高校贵重仪器设备的全生命周期划分为采购期、使用期、处置期三个阶段16个环节。挖掘、研究、分析贵重仪器设备在其全生命周期中各阶段、各环节的数据价值,提升贵重仪器设备管理的专业化、科学化、精细化水平,从而实现贵重仪器设备在其全生命周期使用价值、使用效益的最大化。高校贵重仪器设备管理水平的提升,还有助于高校教学与科研管理、学科建设管理等相关工作管理水平、决策水平的提高。

The whole life cycle of valuable instruments and equipment in universities is divided into 3 stages:procurement period,using period and disposal period,and 16 links.Excavating,researching and analyzing the data value of valuable instruments and equipment in all stages and links of their whole life cycle,and improving the professional,scientific and elaborate level of valuable instruments and equipment management,so as to realize maximizing on the utilization value and utilization benefit of valuable instruments and equipment throughout their life cycle.The improvement of the management level for valuable instruments and equipment in universities also contributes to the improvement of the management level and decision-making level on teaching and scientific research management,discipline construction management,etc.
