航空工业推进财务共享中心建设研究

财务数据作为企业最重要、最庞大的数据信息之一,在企业经营财务活动日益复杂、企业集团规模日益庞大的今天,财务数据处理的质量、效率、安全等问题深刻影响着企业集团的经济运行管理效能。实践证明,财务共享模式能有效促进大型企业集团再造流程、提高理效率、降低成本。本文研究了财务共享中心的功能作用与建设模式,分析了航空工业财务管理的现状不足,并提出了针对性的财务共享中心建设方式及有关具体建议。

Financial data is one of the most important and largest data information of enterprises.In today's increasingly complex financial activities and the growing size of enterprise groups,the quality,efficiency and security of financial data processing have a profound impact on the economic operation management effectiveness of corporate groups.Practice has proved that the financial sharing model can effectively promote the reengineering process of large enterprise groups,improve efficiency and reduce costs.This paper studies the function and construction mode of the financial sharing center,analyzes the current situation of the financial industry's financial management,and proposes a specific financial sharing center construction method and related specific recommendations.
