采煤工作面回采过程中倾向长度增加实践应用

摘要 本矿一采煤工作面走向与倾向长度由于受本采区辅运大巷保护煤柱限制,为节约煤炭资源起见,开采之前对本工作面设计进行优化,开采初期工作面倾向长度为135m,回采300m后工作面长度增加70m至205m。按煤层平均厚度8m计算,工作面倾向长度为135m、走向长度为300m时多回采煤炭资源42万吨,对于煤炭这种短期内不可再生资源而言,提高其采出率意义重大。 The direction and tendency length of the coal mining face in this mine is limited by the protective coal pillars of the auxiliary transportation roadway in the mining area.In order to save coal resources,the design of the working face is optimized before mining.The initial working face length is 135m.After 300m,the length of the working surface increases by 70m to 205m.According to the average thickness of coal seam 8m,when the working face tendency length is 135m and the strike length is 300m,the coal resources are more than 420,000 tons,which is of great significance to increase the recovery rate for the short-term non-renewable resources of coal.
