The mobile flood control wall is a new type of green flood control system with environmental protection,energy saving and emergency response capability.Taking the horizontal plate mobile flood control wall as an example,this paper compares the difference between the traditional flood control wall and the mobile flood control wall,and shows that the mobile flood control wall is more in line with the concept of active flood control in modern cities,and introduces the construction process and main construction points of its main components.The application examples and effects of a certain area further clarify that the mobile flood wall has extensibility.
