摘要 随着我国电网规模的进一步扩大,传统地以人力资源投入为主的线路运检模式对电网公司运检质量和效率的提升形成制约,难以适应我国电网发展要求,迫切需要加快运检信息化建设,推动运检业务向自动化、智能化发展。利用我国自主研发北斗卫星导航系统和地质灾害监测预警技术,可用来监测输电线路杆塔周边环境的变化情况,文章探讨了系统建设各阶段和应用过程的重点事项,实现对地质隐患监测点全天时、全天候、高精度的实时形变监测,为防灾减灾决策提供科学依据,为地质灾害防治质量、效率和管理水平提高奠定基础。 With the further expansion of the scale of power grid,the traditional line operation-maintenance mode focused on the investment in human resource is forming a constraint in the enhancement of the operation-maintenance quality and efficiency of power grid corps,which is difficult to adapt to the development demands of the power grid in China.Therefore,it is urgent to accelerate the informatization construction of the operation and maintenance,and drive the business to develop towards automation and intelligence.In this paper,the BDS(Beidou Navigation Satellite)system independently developed by China and geological hazard monitoring,pre-warning technologies are applied,targeted to the potential geological hazard sites surrounding transmission towers,and discuss the working contents in each stage of system construction as well as key items in the application process,so as to achieve the real-time deformation monitoring of all day,all weather,and high precision for the monitored sites,thus to provide a scientific basis for hazard prevention and mitigation decision-making,and also lay the foundation for the enhancement in the quality,efficiency and management level of geological hazard prevention and control.
