东西方代际文化差异下养老模式特点及启示

Characteristics and Enlightenment of the Old-age Care Model under the Intergenerational Cultural Differences between East and West

我国人口老龄化日趋严峻,养老问题已经成为亟须解决的重要课题,如何做到“老有所养,老有所依,老有所乐”是值得我们深思的问题。分析“接力模式”和“反馈模式”下东西方代际文化差异背景下代表性国家的养老模式特点,在我国当前低生育率、少子化情况下,构建适合我们国情的倡导“反馈模式”的家庭养老模式与“接力模式”的社区政府养老二者并举的多元化养老模式。

China's aging population is becoming more and more serious,and the problem of providing for the aged has become an important issue that needs to be solved urgently.How to achieve the goal of"providing for the aged,depending on the aged and enjoying the aged"is a problem worthy of our deep consideration.This paper analyses the characteristics of representative national pension models under the background of cultural differences between the East and the West under the"relay model"and"feedback model",and under the current situation of low fertility and fewer children in China,constructs a model that suits our national conditions and advocates both the"feedback model"family pension model and the"relay model"community government pension model.
