The Relationship Between Career Values And Decision-making Styles of Female College Students:The Masking Effect of Achievement Motivation

采用职业价值观量表、成就动机量表和一般决策风格量表对424名大学生进行测量,旨在探讨女大学生成就动机、决策风格对职业价值观的影响及成就动机的作用。结果发现成就动机正向预测自我发展因素和声望因素;决策风格可以正向预测职业价值观;成就动机在依赖型决策风格和自我发展因素和声望因素存在遮掩效应,在逃避型决策风格和声望因素间存在遮掩效应。研究发现成就动机和决策风格可以预测职业价值观,成就动机在其中存在遮掩效应。

Using the vocational values scale, achievement motivation scale and general decision style scale to measure 424 college students, the aim is to explore the impact of female college students 'achievement motivation, decision-making style on career values and the role of achievement motivation. The results showed that the motivation of achievement predicted self-development factors and prestige factors positively. Decision styles can predict career values positively;The achievement motivation has a cover-up effect in the dependent decision-making style and self-development factors and prestige factors, and a cover-up effect in the evasive decision-making style and prestige factors. The results show that achievement motivation and decision style can predict career values, and there are hidden effects of achievement motivation.
