研究高校团学干部的心理资本对其胜任力的影响,旨在优化科学培养团学干部能力的策略。选用《心理资本量表》和《高校学生干部胜任特征问卷》,调查陕西省380名高校团学干部的心理资本和胜任力,分析团学干部心理资本和胜任力各维度之间的相关性,并对心理资本各维度与胜任力进行回归分析,表明团学干部心理资本会对胜任力产生显著正向影响。提出完善高校团学干部的激励机制和培养方案,从而提高高校团学组织的工作效能。

Studying the influence of psychological capital on the competence of the cadres in colleges and universities in order to optimize the strategies of cultivating the ability of the cadres scientifically. The psychological capital and competence of 380 college students in Shaanxi province were investigated by using the Psychological Capital scale and the College Student cadre competency questionnaire. By analyzing the correlation between psychological capital and competence and the regression analysis between psychological capital and competence, it is concluded that psychological capital has a significant positive impact on competence. Finally, the paper puts forward the incentive mechanism and training scheme to establish and perfect the regiment organization, which will help the university regiment. The academic staff better exert the work function of the group study organization.
