摘要
目的:在了解小学生认知疲劳的基础上,提出两种缓解认知疲劳的技术—手指操和眼保健操,比较两种缓解技术的效果明显程度。方法:整个研究的数据采集过程所使用的工具为译码测验,被试为淮南某小学五年级152名同学,随机选取两个班,然后分成四组,采用实验组和对照组准实验设计。结果:(一)性别、班干部与否与环节技术的效果不存在显著差异;(二)手指操和眼保健操实验组的前后测数据通过SPSS分析得出结果表明:两种技术都存在明显的差异;(三)手指操和眼保健操两种技术的实验组差值通过独立样本t检验结果可以得出,在均值上,眼保健操是优于手指操的。结论:(一)男生还是女生,是班干部还是不是班干部对缓解技术的效果变化没有明显的影响;(二)眼保健操和手指操都能够在一定策划那个程度上缓解小学生的认知疲劳;(三)从均值这一角度看,眼保健操的缓解疲劳的效果要好于手指操。
Objective: on the basis of understanding the cognitive fatigue of primary school students, two techniques of alleviating cognitive fatigue, to explore the influence of gender and whether or not the class cadre in the two demographic variables on the experimental results, and to compare the effect of the two mitigation techniques. Methods: the decoding test was used in the whole data acquisition process. the children were selected from the wexler intelligence scale. 152 students in grade 5 of a primary school in Huainan were randomly selected into two classes and then divided into four groups. the experimental group and the control group were designed as quasi - experiments. Results:(1) there was no significant difference in gender, class cadre or not and the effect of link technology;(2) the data of finger exercises and eye exercises were analyzed by SPSS. the results showed that there were significant differences between the two techniques.(3) the difference between the experimental group of finger exercises and eye exercises can be obtained by independent sample t test results. on average, eye exercises are better than finger exercises. Conclusion:(1) whether male or female, whether class cadre or not, has no obvious influence on the effect change of mitigation technology;(2) eye exercises and finger exercises can be planned to a certain extent to ease the cognitive fatigue of primary school students;(3) from the point of view of mean, eye exercises to alleviate fatigue effect is better than finger exercises.
