摘要
本文基于321份问卷调研数据,检验了先动性市场导向与新产品开发绩效的关系,以及资源拼凑的中介作用,外部知识获取、市场动荡性的调节作用。实证研究结果发现:(1)先动性市场导向对新产品开发绩效具有显著正向影响;(2)资源拼凑中介了先动性市场导向与新产品开发绩效之间的关系;(3)外部知识获取、市场动荡性正向调节了资源拼凑与新产品开发绩效之间的关系;(4)外部知识获取、市场动荡性正向调节了资源拼凑的中介作用。研究结果对于提升新产品绩效具有一定的借鉴作用。
Based on 321 questionnaires,this paper examines the relationship between productive market orientation and new product development performance,and the mediating effect of resource bricolage,the moderating effect of external knowledge acquisition and market turbulence.Empirical results show that:(1)proactive market orientation has a positive influence on new product development performance;(2)resource bricolage mediates the relationship between productive market orientation and new product development performance;(3)external knowledge acquisition and market turbulence have a positive moderating effect on the relationship between resource bricolage and new product development performance;(4)external knowledge acquisition and market turbulence have a positive moderating effect on the mediation of resource bricolage.The research results can be used to improve the performance of new products.
