摘要 目的探讨TP53蛋白质分子(TP53)、表皮生长因子受体(EGFR)、血小板衍生生长因子(PDGF)在星形胶质细胞瘤进展中的表达及意义。方法选取73例经手术病理证实为星形胶质细胞瘤的患者作为研究对象,另选取同期19例脑外伤行去骨瓣减压手术患者的正常脑组织标本作为正常对照组。检测所有标本中TP53、EGFR、PDGF的表达。对比人脑星形胶质细胞瘤组织与正常脑组织中TP53、EGFR、PDGF的表达阳性率情况,以及TP53、EGFR、PDGF在不同级别人脑星形胶质细胞瘤组织中的表达。结果人脑星形胶质细胞瘤组织中TP53、EGFR、PDGF阳性率较正常脑组织阳性率更高;人脑星形胶质细胞瘤组织中肿瘤分级越高,TP53、EGFR、PDGF阳性表达率越高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 TP53、EGFR、PDGF可有效显示星形胶质细胞瘤患者的病情进展情况,为临床诊治提供可靠依据,实用价值较高,值得推广使用。 Objective To investigate the expression of TP53 protein molecule(TP53), epidermal growth factor receptor(EGFR) and platelet-derived growth factor(PDGF) in astrocytoma. Methods Seventy-three patients with astrocytoma confirmed by surgery and pathology were selected as the study subjects in our hospital from April 2017 to April 2018, and 19 normal brain tissue specimens from patients with traumatic brain injury undergoing decompressive craniectomy at the same time were selected as the normal control group. The expression of TP53, EGFR and PDGF were assessed in all specimens. The positive rates of TP53, EGFR and PDGF in human astrocytoma and normal brain tissues were compared, and the expression of TP53, EGFR and PDGF in different grades of human astrocytoma were compared.Results The positive rates of TP53, EGFR and PDGF in human astrocytoma tissues were higher than those in normal brain tissue;the higher the grade of tumors in human astrocytoma tissue, the significantly higher the positive rates of TP53, EGFR and PDGF were(P<0.05). Conclusion TP53, EGFR and PDGF can effectively show the progress of astrocytoma, and provide reliable basis for clinical diagnosis and treatment.
