城市转型视角下我国单位大院研究进展与述评

Research Progress and Review of the Unit Compound from the Perspective of Urban Transformation

单位大院是我国计划经济时期的过渡性社会产物,会对今后的城市发展产生持续影响。文章在论述单位大院概念及特征类型的基础上,采用文献分析法系统梳理了1996-2018年我国单位大院的研究进展,将其归纳为概念明晰型、理论探索型和案例分析型三类,指出未来应扩大单位大院的研究地域范围及类型、加强以大院居民为核心的空间规划研究、注重大院的文化遗产属性和探索有效的大院更新机制,采用定量定性相结合的方法探究多元化的单位大院评价指标体系,以促进大院的现代化转型与持续性发展。

The unit compound is a transitional social product of China's planned economy and will have a lasting impact on future urban development. On the basis of discussing the concept and characteristics of the unit compound, the paper analyzes the research progress of the unit compound in China from 1996 to 2018 by using the literature analysis method, and classifies it into three categories: concept clear, theoretical exploration and case analysis. It is pointed out that in the future, the geographical scope and types of research in the unit compound should be expanded, the spatial planning research centered on the residents of the compound should be strengthened, the cultural heritage attributes of the compound should be emphasized, and the effective institution updating mechanism should be explored. Explore the diversified unit evaluation index system to promote the modernization and sustainable development of the compound.
